Product Liability Law

Several of our attorneys defend product liability litigation on behalf of manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Our clients have included international and domestic manufacturers in many industries, including makers of farm machinery, automobiles, industrial equipment, school equipment and household products. We have handled claims involving design, manufacturing and marketing issues. We have significant trial experience in both federal and state court.

Other attorneys in our office handle product liability claims for injured plaintiffs. We have experience with claims against major automakers and manufacturers of many types of products, including pharmaceuticals, swimming pools, medical devices and consumer products used in the home.
