Mr. Smith’s practice focuses on civil litigation. He represents clients in products liability litigation, handling claims ranging from prescription drugs to automobile crashworthiness to industrial accidents. He also represents plaintiffs in personal injury suits, representing clients in claims involving brain injuries, auto accidents, burn injuries, construction accidents, train accidents, premises liability and exposure to indoor air quality problems. Mr. Smith also represents clients in business litigation and other types of civil litigation, including contract disputes and construction claims. Mr. Smith provides advice and representation on a wide range of environmental matters, including environmental regulatory compliance and litigation of environmental issues in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings. |
