Mr. Reynolds practices in the following areas:

  • Business immigration, where he counsels employers and employees in petitions and visa applications for B, E, H-1B, H-3, L-1, Blanket L, TN and other non-immigrant visas for petitioners, applicants and their dependents; prepares employment-based preference immigrant petitions and labor certifications; prepares Mexican visa applications (FM-3 and FMN); and handles other employment-based immigration matters.

  • Family immigration, where he counsels individuals in the preparation of family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, consular processing visa applications, naturalization applications and other individual immigration matters.

  • Creditor bankruptcy and banking, where he handles foreclosures, bankruptcies and workouts of individual and commercial debtors on behalf of financial institutions and other creditors and represents lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loan transactions secured by real and personal property and in foreclosures upon collateral.

  • Health care law, where he advises health care providers and employers on the application of the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and of laws regarding federal Medicare fraud and abuse, Stark Law and federal anti-kickback statute and other regulatory issues.

  • Corporate law, where he represents corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on choice of entity, formation and operational issues as well as preparation of agreements among shareholders or other owners. He has assisted both sellers and buyers in the negotiation and acquisition of retail, manufacturing and service businessesas well as handles commercial asset purchase and stock purchase transactions.

  • Real estate, where he provides title services as an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, including issuing title insurance policies and conducting both commercial and residential closings

 

Mr. Reynolds chairs the firm’s Business/Transactional Practice Group.

Mr. Reynolds received the Kentucky Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2004.
