Mr. Priest’s practice is concentrated in employment law, education law and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Priest’s employment practice includes representing clients in employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the various state counterparts to these federal laws.

Mr. Priest’s education practice includes representing school districts on employment and student issues, including matters arising under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

Mr. Priest routinely represents employers and school districts in federal and state courts and also before federal and state agencies. He also advises clients on employment-related and education-related matters and frequently provides training to employers and school administrators.

Mr. Priest also has many years of experience representing employers in workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. Priest chairs the firm’s Employment and School Law Practice Group.
