Mr. Anderson’s practice focuses on business and other civil litigation, where he counsels clients regarding avoiding litigation, litigation strategy and settlement and conducts pre-trial proceedings and trials in federal and state courts. He also defends governmental entities in civil rights litigation and has experience in insurance coverage matters. Mr. Anderson represents school districts in teacher and student disciplinary matters and provides advice on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He also advises health care providers on compliance with various federal and state laws and regulations. Mr. Anderson also handles appeals in the federal and state courts. |
