Ms. Brown represents clients in all aspects of estate planning, from simple wills to complex estate plans. She plans and prepares wills and trusts and also handles probate, guardianship and postmortem estate planning. She develops long-term plans for continuation of family-owned businesses. Ms. Brown also prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and advises clients on charitable giving, charitable foundations and tax matters. She prepares living will directives, powers of attorney, and all other documents related to estate matters. She also represents fiduciaries, both corporate and individual.

Ms. Brown represents clients in estate litigation in courts throughout Southcentral Kentucky.

Ms. Brown is the 2006-2007 Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section. Ms. Brown chairs the firm’s Estate Practice Group. She is also a frequent lecturer on topics related to trusts and estates.
