Mr. Maier practices primarily in insurance and litigation, and also works in personal injury and employment defense.

Mr. Maier’s previous experience includes serving as an Americorps team leader for one year from 2005 to 2006, assisting with disaster relief in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina. He also served as a summer clerk for Chief Justice John Minton for the Supreme Court of Kentucky and as a clerk for the Appeals Branch of the Department of Public Advocacy for the state of Kentucky.

While attending law school, Mr. Maier was a member of the UK College of Law Honor Council, a member of the Recruitment Committee and a volunteer income tax assistant.

Mr. Maier is a native of Bowling Green.
