Mr. McGill represents clients in business litigation and other types of civil litigation, including contract disputes and construction claims. He also defends governmental entities in civil rights litigation.

Mr. McGill represents plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, primarily in claims involving automobile accidents and premises liability.

Mr. McGill provides advice to corporate and other business entities on entity formation, operational issues, business matters and contract disputes.
