Mr. Vitale focuses on product liability and labor and employment litigation defense, commercial litigation, and business planning and commercial transaction. He also serves as primary outside counsel for several private corporations and advises these clients in matters that include, without limitation, litigation management, employment contracts, human resources issues and strategic planning.

Mr. Vitale serves on the firm’s Practice Management Committee.

Mr. Vitale previously practiced with the regional law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, wherein he served as the managing partner of the firm’s Bowling Green, Kentucky office.
