Mr. Priest’s practice focuses on civil litigation with particular emphasis on defending public utilities throughout Kentucky in civil litigation involving claims of wrongful death, personal injury and property damage.

Mr. Priest also represents manufacturers in a wide range of industries in defending products liability lawsuits. He has experience in a range of business litigation matters, including contract disputes. He also handles litigation of first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes for both insureds and insurers.

Mr. Priest serves as Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Priest practiced with Schiller, Osbourn, Barnes & Maloney, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky.
