Mr. Young focuses on representing injured plaintiffs. Mr. Young represents clients in claims involving brain injuries, auto accidents, burn injuries, construction accidents, train accidents, premises liability, exposure to indoor air quality problems and other causes of personal injury.

Mr. Young also has experience in products liability litigation involving a wide variety of matters, ranging from prescription drugs to automobile crashworthiness to industrial accidents. He also handles trucking litigation including catastrophic claims and determining whether the driver and motor carrier complied with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Mr. Young also handles medical malpractice claims involving a wide range of medical professionals (hospital nurses, nurse practitioners, ophthalmologists, optometrists, ob-gyns, pharmacists, emergency room physicians and others).

Mr. Young serves as a mediator or arbitrator in matters relating to his areas of practice.

Mr. Young is the Managing Partner of the firm.
