Ms. Propp’s practice focuses on employment law and education law . She represents clients involved in employment litigation and counsels clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act. She is involved in investigating and responding on behalf of employers to employee claims pending before administrative agencies.

Ms. Propp assists school districts with regard to a variety of issues, including employment and student matters.

Ms. Propp also represents clients in business litigation, other types of civil litigation and environmental matters.
