Ms. Williams advises public and private employers in employment-related matters, and also works with schools and school districts in education-related law.

Ms. Williams previously clerked for Mead Johnson & Co. in Evansville, Ind., a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, for ELPO Law and then for Fayette County Circuit Court Judge Jo Ann Wise.

At the University of Kentucky, she was extremely involved in law school activities. She founded the University of Kentucky Chapter of the Asian and Pacific American Law Students Association in 2008 and served as President from 2008 to 2009. She was Vice President of the UK Chapter of the Black Law Students Association from 2007 to 2008. She served on the Student Recruitment committee from 2006 to 2009 and was a student member of the Diversity Committee from 2007 to 2008. She was appointed as the student member of the Admissions Committee from 2008 to 2009.

Ms. Williams is a native of Caroline County, Va.
