A two-day collaborative family divorce training is coming to Bowling Green on August 24 and 25.

The workshop, called Introductory Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce Training, is a problem-solving, client focused approach to divorce that works to meet clients’ legal, emotional, and financial needs as they divorce. This interactive, high energy training is designed for family law attorneys, mental health practitioners, and financial professionals who want to learn to use Collaborative Divorce to help families divorce in a respectful and constructive way, avoiding much of the stress and animosity typical of traditional divorce litigation.

The workshop is being led by a trio of trainers from Institute for Family Conflict Resolution based in Nashville.

To register, visit www.divorcetrainers.com. The cost is $425 Early Bird Rate for those who register by July 24 and $475 full rate for those who register after that date. Registration closes August 11. Lunch and light snacks are included.

Fourteen hours of Continuing Legal Education credits from the Kentucky Bar Association are available for attorneys who complete the training.
