Kentucky’s public school districts hold the keys to a better Kentucky. Our attorneys are recognized as among the most knowledgeable in the state on education law matters. We represent approximately twenty Kentucky school districts. We provide advice on personnel, student and related issues. We also provide advice on the interpretation of federal and state laws applicable to educational entities, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age and Discrimination in Employment Act, the First Amendment, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and related state law claims. We defend school districts in a variety of litigation matters, including employment, student, First Amendment and related claims in the federal and state courts.
