Sometimes our clients’ interests are better served by resolving disputes out of court, through formal or informal negotiation, mediation or arbitration. Some of our attorneys have professional mediation or facilitation training. All of our litigators also represent clients in alternative dispute resolution. We have been involved in mediation and arbitration in a wide variety of disputes, encompassing virtually every area in which we practice. We have also represented clients in federal and state court litigation related to arbitration issues, including proceedings to compel or stay arbitration or to enforce or challenge arbitration awards.
