English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP employs LawPay to process online credit card payments against invoices and retainer agreements. Clients may use this online payment portal to pay invoices from our firm, and to replenish retainer accounts pursuant to fee agreements. Please review this page for important information about online payments.
LawPay specializes in secure bill payment options for law firms. Once you have selected your type of payment (invoice or retainer/trust), you will be directed to LawPay for processing of your payment by credit card.

Invoice Payment
Existing clients can pay invoices online using the INVOICE PAYMENT link below. Payment will be applied to the balance due on an invoice you have received. If you would like to make an additional payment of more than the current invoice balance due (a retainer/trust deposit), please use the retainer/trust deposit link. By clicking either link, you will be redirected to LawPay for secure processing of your payment. Please be prepared to enter your invoice number or client name, account information, and credit card information on the next screen.

Retainer/Trust Deposits
Existing clients may now also use this online payment portal to replenish retainer and trust accounts as directed by their attorney. You can use the RETAINER/ TRUST DEPOSITS link below to make a retainer/trust payment to our trust account.
New clients may also make initial retainer/trust deposit payments using the button below. Upon direction of your attorney and only after receipt/execution of a Contract for Legal Services, new clients may make their initial retainer/trust payments by using the link below.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The submission of a retainer/trust deposit to our trust account absent execution of a Contract for Legal Services with English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of a Contract for Legal Services, signed by an authorized attorney at the firm.
Credit Card Payment Notice: Due to bank processing time, it may take as long as 2-3 business days before your account reflects your payment.
