ELPO attorneys to speak at energy conference

Three ELPO attorneys, Sarah Jarboe, Samantha Propp and LaJuana Wilcher, will give the luncheon keynote presentation at the Third Annual Kentucky Energy Management Conference on December 18. The conference is organized and presented by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

All three attorneys practice in the area of environmental law.

The presentation is entitled ‘The Value of Water: Considering Regulatory Costs and Benefits…Never the Twain Shall Meet?” Our attorneys will provide a behind the scenes look at how EPA’s Office of Water considers the costs and benefits of water quality regulation and why your input matters.

The conference is set for the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort & Spa. The deadline to book a room at the hotel is December 2. The conference starts at 8 a.m. on Dec. 17.
