Attorney David Anderson joins CASA board

Attorney David Anderson was recently elected to serve on the board of Court-Appointed Special Advocates of South Central Kentucky. In his role as a board member, he will support the organization’s mission and focus.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of South Central KY, Inc. is a non-profit agency dedicated to preventing and eliminating further trauma to children. Specifically, CASA works to prevent child victims of abuse, neglect and dependency from further abuse by providing trained community volunteers to advocate for them in the foster care and family court systems. The CASA concept is based on the commitment that every child has the right to a safe, permanent home as soon as possible.

About David Anderson

David’s work focuses on business and other civil litigation, including insurance coverage matters. He also works on issues in education law, including teacher and student disciplinary matters. He researches findings for health care providers concerning compliance with various federal and state laws and regulations, and he works on appeals in the federal and state courts.

David is married, and has two grown step-children and three grandchildren.
