Carter Named Director of Marketing & Business Development at ELPO Law

Ashley E. Carter was recently named Director of Marketing and Business Development for English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP. In her role, Carter will be responsible for developing business opportunities for the firm as well as increasing visibility and marketing effectiveness. She brings over a decade of marketing, development and community relations experience to the position. “We are thrilled to have Ashley join the ELPO Law Team,” said Travis Armstrong, COO. “She brings a wealth of professional experience and community engagement, which will help our firm as we strive to meet growing needs of our clients, employees and the South Central Kentucky community.”
Carter is a Kentucky native, originally from Elizabethtown, KY. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis. Professionally, she has served in both private and non-profit sectors, having worked for Fruit of the Loom INC, as the Director of Community Impact for United Way of Southern Kentucky and most recently as Community Relations Manager for Christian Care Communities.
Ashley enjoys volunteering and being active in the Bowling Green community. She is a past member of the Bowling Green Jr. Woman’s Club where she served on various committees. She is also a member of the BG Noon Rotary Club.
Ashley resides in Bowling Green with her husband, Phillip and they have four children, Caroline, Smith and twin daughters, Amelia and Presley.
