Each year, ELPO celebrates the holidays with a staff holiday party. This year, the firm decided to keep the party in-house, rather than go to a restaurant, and spend the money saved on coats for the Bowling Green Junior Woman’s Club coat drive and toys for Toys for Tots collection by the Bowling Green Hot Rods.

Teams of staff purchased the items on Friday, December 11, and delivered the items that afternoon. The groups purchased 23 coats and more than 50 toys.

“Our firm has a deep commitment to charitable causes in our community, particularly those that benefit children,” says Gaines Penn, managing partner of ELPO. “We all felt that this year especially we wanted to give back to the community that supports us and help make the holiday brighter for local families.”
