Following the tax filing deadline of April 15 (or maybe even pursuant to correspondence from the IRS or a state department of revenue), many individuals and business owners discover they owe taxes they did not anticipate or that they owe taxes they do not agree with.  ELPO attorney Nathan Vinson can assist individuals and businesses with state and federal tax disputes and controversies, as well as with future tax planning.
Nathan has worked in tax law since 2010, and is licensed to practice in Alabama and Kentucky.  He has more than four years’ experience in representing taxpayers before the IRS and state tax authorities.  He has handled tax litigation in the U.S. Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, and at the state level in both Kentucky and Alabama.
“Many people find tax law particularly challenging,” Nathan says. “I read extensively on tax law and keep up with any changes so that I can represent the best interest of ELPO’s clients.”
