ELPO Law Announces Expansion of Office Building

English, Lucas, Priest and Owsley, LLP (ELPO Law), the largest full-service law firm in south central Kentucky, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its current building located at 1101 College Street. The expansion, which coincides with the firm’s 50th anniversary, is significant for the company as it will bring all employees under one roof, fostering continued collaboration, efficiency, and innovation.
The decision to expand the firm’s current location is a testament to ELPO Law’s continuous growth, employee commitment, and dedication to providing the best possible work environment. By adding 10,000 square feet, the expansion provides opportunity for more enhanced meeting spaces along with increased access to technology and parking, which will benefit clients, and deliver exceptional legal service.
“We have been blessed to have a community that has supported us for the last 50 years” says Bob Young, managing partner of ELPO Law. “With thirty-two attorneys and an additional fifty team members, we are now at capacity in our two current physical Bowling Green locations. Two years ago, when we purchased the old Post Office located at 311 E 11th Ave, our ultimate goal was to have everyone under one roof. Construction on the project is set to begin this summer and is estimated to be completed by Fall 2024. Builders by Design Corp is completing the expansion.
