Kyle Roby now licensed in Tennessee

ELPO partner and attorney Kyle Roby is now licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Kyle’s other bar admissions include Kentucky, U.S. District Court (Eastern and Western Districts  of Kentucky) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the American, Kentucky and Bowling Green-Warren County bar associations.

Kyle practices primarily as a civil litigator in personal injury law, concentrating most of his work on tractor-trailer accidents. He was named partner at ELPO in January 2016.

A native of Owensboro, Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Centre College and his Juris Doctorate from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He practiced at Broderick & Davenport, PLLC in Bowling Green from 2008 to February 2013, primarily as a civil litigator, and joined ELPO after that.
