Lane Report features Gaines Penn

Kentucky business magazine The Lane Report recently interviewed top attorneys in Kentucky about the health of the practice of law, and included Gaines Penn, Managing Partner of ELPO, in the article and featured his photo on the cover.
Gaines reported that ELPO has grown by four attorneys in the past few years, and that the firm’s volume of business is holding steady, in a time when it’s not quite that way for many other firms. He cited the firm’s growing elder law practice as one area he anticipates will continue to expand.
Also, The Lane Report ranked ELPO number 18, by number of attorneys, in Kentucky.
