Rebecca-Simpson-formal-portrait-WEBSenior attorney Rebecca Simpson will speak to the Southern Kentucky Veteran Council  about estates, wills, powers of attorney and other documents that can help protect assets.

The presentation is set for 3 p.m. on April 27 at the WKU Alive Center, 1818 31W Bypass in Bowling Green.

Rebecca works as a senior attorney for ELPO. She will talk about legal issues for veterans including writing wills and power of attorney documents. “Legal documents that govern how you want your estate handled, who you would like to care for your children and how you’d like health care decisions to be handled are important for everyone to have,” Rebecca says. “Ensuring that our veterans are well cared for is so important. I am looking forward to talking with our Veteran Council about these important issues and to answering questions they may have about the process.”

Rebecca works in family law, mediation and estate planning, wills and probate at ELPO. You can reach Rebecca at (270) 781-6500 or rsimpson@elpolaw.com.
