Relay for Life fundraising team pens cookbook

ELPO’s Relay for Life fundraising team has compiled and produced a cookbook full of favorite recipes from staff, family and friends of ELPO. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will benefit Relay for Life, which benefits the American Cancer Society.
The 472 page, hard back cookbook contains 1,082 recipes and is available for $18 per book. Recipes in the cookbook include appetizers, main courses, desserts, cookies, beverages, and a little bit of everything else. Each copy comes with a downloadable e-book. The cookbooks are spiral bound so that they can lay flat for ease of use in the kitchen.

Those who want to buy a cookbook may also bring cash or check by our offices 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Add $5 if you need the cookbook mailed to you, and please include your mailing address.
The cookbook is expected back from the printer by April 30, 2014.
