Sarah Jarboe named Chair of KBA environment, energy and resources law section

Sarah Jarboe, an attorney at ELPO, was elected Chair of the Environment, Energy & Resources law section of the Kentucky Bar Association at the section meeting held during the Bar Convention in May. She will serve a one-year term as chair.
According to the KBA web site, members of the section meet periodically for the following purposes:
- to promote the exchange of ideas within the KBA on matters of interest to lawyers who practice law within the field of natural resources, environmental quality and energy;
- to provide through the KBA, programs and information relevant to natural resources law practice;
- to enhance the image and professional capability of the legal profession in natural resources law.
