Three ELPO Law Attorneys to Serve as Co-Counsel in Lawsuit Against the Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and other associations announced Wednesday, February 22, 2023 that they have filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers challenging their new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.  The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
