Heather Coleman Brooks advises businesses, families, and individuals on complex legal and strategic matters involving business planning, succession, and wealth preservation. She serves as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group.

In her estate planning practice, Heather develops customized and tax-efficient plans tailored to each client’s goals. She advises individuals and families on wealth transfer, asset protection, fiduciary planning, and incapacity planning, helping ensure that both assets and intentions are preserved across generations.

Drawing from her background in a family of small business owners, Heather brings practical insight to her work and understands that long-term success depends on careful planning, clear decision-making, and disciplined execution.
