Cody M. Conner Joins ELPO Law as Associate Attorney

Cody M. Conner has joined English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, LLP (ELPO Law) as an associate attorney. Cody joins the firm’s esteemed group of attorneys with a diverse background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and construction litigation.

Conner, a Todd County, Kentucky native graduated Summa Cum Laude from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Cody attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2018.

While attending law school, Cody distinguished himself as a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team and contributed significantly to the legal discourse with his published article, “Thoroughbred Horse Racing: Why a Uniform Approach to Drug Regulation is Necessary,” Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture & Natural Resources Law, Vol. 10, Issue 1, Article 8 (2017). Prior to joining ELPO Law, Cody worked as an associate attorney for BuildLaw, PLC in Nashville, Tennessee, where he continued his work in corporate governance matters and gained additional experience through the representation of owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in the construction industry.
